About the Project
As head of Creative at Coursera, my team was made up of designers, writers, engineers, and managers. I swiftly brought some needed structure and process to the department that positively impacted the culture as well as the projects – in massive ways. I created a scalable org structure, hired key roles to the team, and built a rubric for all of the positions in the department. While doing this, I managed the production of multiple national, international, and global campaigns, the rebranding of Coursera, standardized social and email deliverables, and influenced a fresh UX/UI approach to the products.
