About the Project

In my role as head of Creative at Coursera, I led a team of designers, writers, engineers, and managers. I recognized the need for improved structure and processes within the department and quickly implemented changes that positively impacted both the team culture and project outcomes in significant ways. This included creating a scalable organizational structure, recruiting key team members, and establishing rubrics for all positions within the department. Alongside these efforts, I oversaw the production of multiple national, international, and global campaigns, the rebranding of Coursera, and the standardization of social and email deliverables. Additionally, I championed a fresh UX/UI approach to the products, which contributed to their success.
